  72. or dispute with Dataview software & consultancy arising out 
  73. of or in connection with this Agreement, including its validity, 
  74. resides in the competent courts of The Netherlands.This 
  75. section shall survive the termination of this agreement.
  76. Besides this licence the  terms of delivery and selling  of 
  77. Dataview software & consultancy apply. These terms are 
  78. registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Tiel, 
  79. The Netherlands (reg. no. 4150). A copy of these terms 
  80. (Dutch language only) are available on request.

  83. Installing and using Software signifies acceptance of these 
  84. terms and conditions of the license.

  86. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must 
  87. remove Software from your storage devices and cease to 
  88. use the product.
